In order to participate in the St. Paul Parish sports program, you
must:
1. Be a student at St. Paul or be a member of the St. Paul Parish.
2. Be entering the 4th through 8th grades.
3. Complete the
Diocesan
Parent Consent Form. Only 1 form required per student per year.
4. Complete the
St. Paul
Sports Registration Form. 1 form per student per sport.
