Core Team for Small Church Communities
What is a Core Team?
A Core Team is a group of five to eight parishioners, appointed by the Pastor, who come together with a Pastoral Associate in order to:
- form community themselves
- ensure sound development and ongoing connection of these communities with the rest of the parish
- engage in ongoing planning and implementation of the pastoral direction for small church communities in the parish
Who is on the Core Team?
At present, the Core Team consists of the following members:
