Parish School of Religion: Registration

The Parish School of Religion provides an innovative and comprehensive religion curriculum that features a unique spiral scope and sequence based on 7 essential doctrinal themes: The Kingdom of God, Sacraments, Morality, The Church, Jesus Christ, Trinity and Revelation. Each grade level contains age appropriate content for each theme presented as the student grows and develops. Teachers present our Catholic faith with both scripture and tradition so that our students grow in their literacy and identity. Students are encouraged to share their faith, connect their faith and live their faith with each lesson. Through evangelization and catechesis our young people are called to faithful living with their heart, hands, and mind.

Sunday Preschool Classes are offered to children 3, 4 and 5 years of age.  Classes meet on Sundays during the 9:00 and 10:30 Masses.

Students in grades 1 - 5 are offered classes on Mondays. Our early session meets from 4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. and our late session meets from 6:15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. All classes meet in the school building.

Classes for grades 6 - 8 meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:15 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. in the school building. Many classroom supports are provided including craft supplies, videos, speakers, prayer services, service projects, etc.

A Home School program is available for those families who cannot meet during our traditional class times for grade levels 1-3-4-5-6 only. Expectations and requirements are given to these families prior to acceptance into the Home School program.

Special need students are welcome in our PSR classes. We are willing to accommodate any student's needs and are open to an alternative plan at parental request.
